Do you Cater Events?

Yes! We cater for parties, events, corporate. Get in touch with us via our 'Catering' page and we'd be happy to help cater your next event. 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide, across all 50 US states, through Etsy. We use USPS' Priority mail service, so once shipped your items should be with you within 2-3 days. Please Note we currently only ship a range of our brownies and cookies. 

Do you deliver locally? 

We do - we charge a $10 delivery fee, plus $1/mile to and from our commercial kitchen, located in West San Jose/Campbell. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You can pick your order up from our stall at Willow Glen or Campbell Farmers' Markets, or we can arrange pick up from our Commercial Kitchen space in West San Jose/Campbell.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order please contact us to discuss it. 

Do you accept exchanges?

We are unable to exchange products, as all orders are made to order. 

PRODUCTS

Can you remove/substitute ingredients from your products?

Generally no, we are unable to make substitutions or remove ingredients from our products. Please get in touch to discuss any substitutions/removals BEFORE ordering.

I have an allergy, can I eat your baked goods? 

All of our baked goods are made in a kitchen where various allergens (wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and all tree nuts) as well as some shared equipment is used. Whilst all products are made with care to avoid any cross-contamination, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. Please contact us if you have any questions.
